On Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 5-6 p.m. the HOA Board of Directors will be doing a Halloween goodie bag giveaway! In order to get a bag you'll need to do a pre-sign up through the link below. The link will close this Friday evening to give the board time to assemble bags this weekend and prepare for next Tuesday's giveaway. A board member will have a print out of those who have signed up and will mark people off as they pick up their bag(s). We hope to see you all there.

The election voting will be completed on the association’s website. Voting will open after the conclusion of the annual meeting and will take place for 24 hours. We anticipate releasing results of the election within 72 hours of when voting ends.

Your proxy will help meet the quorum requirement of 10% of all homeowners. All proxies must be turned in by June 6, 2024, at 12pm to Michelle@legacysouthwestpm.com. All proxies will be validated.

The HOA Board is going to be doing an Easter Bag give-away for the community on Saturday, March 30 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. We want to bring a little cheer for you for the launch of spring and celebration of Easter. We will need you to complete the form below so that way we can get an accurate count of how many bags to prepare.

This is a pick up event. Members of the board will be at the community park from 10-11 a.m., and you can collect your bags there. We'll also be around if you have any questions or things you'd like to discuss.

We ask that you complete the form no later than March 28 so we have time to stuff bags and get them ready for the community. We will also have a few gift cards that have been donated that will go in a few random bags. Who knows, maybe you'll end up with a surprise in your bag!
