The HOA Board is going to be doing an Easter Bag give-away for the community on Saturday, March 30 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. We want to bring a little cheer for you for the launch of spring and celebration of Easter. We will need you to complete the form below so that way we can get an accurate count of how many bags to prepare.

This is a pick up event. Members of the board will be at the community park from 10-11 a.m., and you can collect your bags there. We'll also be around if you have any questions or things you'd like to discuss.

We ask that you complete the form no later than March 28 so we have time to stuff bags and get them ready for the community. We will also have a few gift cards that have been donated that will go in a few random bags. Who knows, maybe you'll end up with a surprise in your bag!

The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect one (1) homeowner to serve on the Board of Directors, reviewing 2022 financials and discussing 2023 plans. This meeting will be online.

The election will be held online on the association’s website. Voting will open after the conclusion of the annual meeting and will take place for 24 hours. We anticipate releasing results of the election within 72 hours of when voting ends.

If you cannot attend the meeting and do not wish to vote online, you may complete the attached proxy. Your proxy will help meet the quorum requirement of 10% of all homeowners.
